The washrooms are in the basement and marked (situation plan). Download the we wash app or register here to book washing or drying appointments. The costs are billed directly via the app and you are notified when the machine is ready. You can find the current prices for washing and drying in the app.

Use normal detergent and clean the filters after every wash.

Please do not leave your detergent in the laundry room.

Garbage, paper and cardboard must be disposed of in the waste room at number 35 (situation plan). All other materials such as batteries, PET/plastic bottles, glass and tin/metal are taken to the supermarket or disposal points.

The surveillance cameras in the waste room help to keep the area clean and tidy. Save yourself extra fees for our efforts. Thank you for your support!

• Household waste: Dispose of household waste in the official blue “Bebbi bags” in the containers in the waste room. We will provide you with the first bag, additional bags are available in supermarkets at the checkout (10 bags of 17 liters each cost CHF 12.00). Waste collection is on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Paper & cardboard: Separate containers are located in the waste room next to the waste containers.
• Glass, aluminum, tinplate & batteries: Disposal points are listed here: The nearest collection points are at Erlenstrasse 1 and Erlenstrasse 74 (both stations are approx. 2 minutes’ walk away).
• PET and plastic bottles: Dispose of them in the supermarket.
• Textile container: You can hand in your clean clothes and shoes in good condition in the textile container in the eco-textile cleaning store at Clarastrasse 32.

Dräggwägg App: This app provides information about collection dates and recycling stations (available in German and English).

Our apartments are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs. With the Smart TVs you can stream movies, shows and series with your own subscription (Netflix, Disney, etc.) without additional devices or a cable connection.

Instructions for using the Smart TVs:

You can connect to a separate network that is intended exclusively for Smart TVs.

Please only use this network and not the WIFI network, otherwise it will be overloaded.

Teleboy App
The Teleboy app is pre-installed on your Smart TV. You can watch 10 hours of TV every month free of charge and ad-free. Please note that these 10 ad-free hours per month are limited – after that, the app will still be available, but with ads. So if you watch a lot at the beginning of the month, a new guest may have fewer options at the end of the month.

Your own streaming apps

Our bright coworking space with garden seating area and lounge is located on the first floor of house no. 35 (access via the road). Tenants have round-the-clock access to the six workstations and a small kitchen.

Opposite in the parking garage of the Hotel Dorint there are e-charging stations (CHF 0.40 per kw/h).

The “Riehenring” bus stop is 130 meters from the apartments. From there, line 30 goes to the SBB station or in the other direction to Badischer Bahnhof.

There are spaces for bicycles and baby carriages in entrances 31 and 35. Only use these spaces. The elevators are not suitable for bicycles. Always lock your bike. We are not liable for theft.

• Quiet hours are from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. Avoid excessive noise during the day.
• Please report any damage or defects immediately.
• Move furniture only after consultation.
• Our heating system reacts slowly. Do not set the thermostat above level 4.
• Ventilate twice a day for 5 minutes to prevent mold growth, especially in the bathroom. Regular ventilation is also good for the indoor climate and your health in winter.
• Please do not leave drinks and food open, as this may attract flies.
• Air conditioning systems are not permitted in residential buildings in Switzerland. In the heat of summer, open the windows in the morning and keep them closed during the day. Also close the blinds. One mobile fan is available per apartment (in the cupboard on your floor, labeled with your apartment number).
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.

All apartments are fully equipped and ready for immediate occupancy. Bed linen and towels are provided and must be washed by the tenant. You can order a fresh set of bed linen and towels for CHF 50.

We are happy to fulfill concierge requests by arrangement.

Extra beds or baby cribs are available for a fee.

Please clear the floor and surfaces for the apartment cleaning. The housekeeping team will clean the floors, bathrooms and work surfaces in the kitchen and dust.

If you wish, you can increase the cleaning frequency and order a fresh set of bed linen and towels for CHF 50.

The vacuum cleaner is located in the cupboard on your floor. Please put it back after use so that others can also use it.

• Place the key on the table in the apartment.
• Empty fridge and freezer compartment.
• Dispose of waste including paper/cardboard in the waste room, glass and PET in the designated collection points. We charge a fee of CHF 50 if we have to dispose of waste from the apartment.
• Do not leave any personal belongings behind (cupboards, drawers, under the bed?).
• Close windows and switch off all lights.
• In winter, set the heating to level 2.
• Leave soap and shower gel dispensers in the apartment. For ecological reasons, we refill them regularly. If you still want to take a dispenser with you, we will charge CHF 20 per dispenser.
